Step 3

The Domain Request Form has been created and emailed to the contact given in step 2. This was done as a security measure to enable authentication of the request. The Domain Request Form needs to checked and then emailed to HCI Data Ltd.

The contact person should
  1. retrieve the email containing the Domain Request Form
  2. verify the details in the Domain Request Form
  3. send the Domain Request Form to HCI Data Ltd by a simple reply to the email message.

Step 4

For existing account holders, the request will be actioned at the first possible opportunity.

For non-account holders, please send a cheque to HCI Data Ltd. When we have received the cheque the request will be actioned at the first possible opportunity.
